Jakarta – In front of thousands of young people, presidential candidate number 2 Prabowo Subianto highlighted the attitude of people who often bully each other.
This was conveyed by Prabowo when giving a speech at the event Suara Muda Indonesia untuk Prabowo Gibran at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC) Senayan, Jakarta, Saturday (27/1/2024).
In his speech, Prabowo told how when he was a child, he used to bully his brother Hasyim Djojohadikusumo.
However, as an adult, Prabowo admitted that his brother had helped him a lot. Hasyim was the one who gave him a job when he didn’t have one.
He also highlighted his running mate, Gibran Rakabuming Raka, who often seemed underestimated since joining the 2024 presidential election contest.
“That’s why you shouldn’t like to bully people. Mas Gibran is often made fun of,” said Prabowo.
He then asked his supporters if his choice of running mate was definitive.
“We can see for ourselves how he is now, definitive. Is my choice definitive or not?,” said Prabowo.
With his choice, Prabowo again threw a question, how much value did he receive when making the decision to choose Gibran.
“How much value did I receive? Hehe,” he said in a Betawi accent. (SENOPATI)
